  1. Hi there! I got most of my parts for my r1tk cut and sanded and now it comes to strapping. One thing I couldn't quite figure out is the lower arm. Looking at pictures I see that there is no strap coming from the upper arm to the lower arm. Is that correct? If so, should I use foam to keep the lower arm in place?

    Thanks in advance
Yes you are right, there is no strap connected from the forearm to biceps in the ROTK armor. You are on the right track putting foam on the forearm to hold it in place, so keep it up bro!

  2. Anyone have thoughts on the accent colors/gloss? Correct me if I'm wrong!

    For the helmet:

Traps, tears, and ears - flat medium grey with satin black outlines?
Brow trim and neck seal - flat, rubbery black
    Vocoder - satin black?
    Frown - flat medium grey
Mic tips - all satin black (including insides)?

Under arm connectors - gloss black

    For the barrel:

Ab buttons - gloss medium blue and gloss medium gray?
Vertical side stripes - gloss black?

Thermal detonator details - flat medium grey

    Sound correct?
    You're all right bro!

  3. Yikes.  I would suggest posting something up on your Garrison boards explaining what you need, as there may be someone who has some they can supply you with.  (Acetone, not meth, lol).  Are you looking to make it to fill the gap in the lower ridge of your thigh?  If so, the gap is not that wide and you can use white E-6000.  Just tape up all the edges carefully (remember, it's runny) and don't over-fill the space.

Thanks bro! I will look for white E6000...

  4. I would not suggest trying it.  Acetone is your best bet, but it needs to be the pure type (like you find in a paint or hardware store).  Nail polish remover also has acetone, but it is not strong enough to melt ABS.
Problem here in my country is pure Acetone is ban because is being use to make METH...

  5. I now have definitive PROOF the helmets are asymmetrical!!!

Below is my thread breaking down (with photos) how they are actually assymetrical, confirmed by Ian Reach who found out that Glyn Dillon STATED he did this intentionally.

I would like to propose that we make this EIB and/or Centurion, for the most accurate details possible.
    I second the motion!
