  1. That's cool info, but based on the CRL I don't think the neck trim should need to be replaced on the ANOVOS for Centurion.

    The CRL says:

Neck trim shall be of an s-type profile rather than a u-type profile.

The ANOVOS trim is most certainly an S-Type profile rather than a U-Type.   The stuff you ordered is probably more accurate, but that doesn't mean its required for Centurion.  Until there is some official announcement about the ANOVOS S-Trim being insufficient for Centurion, I'd hesitate to buy new trim.

  2. Well myself as well as others are are planning on using them so let's hope there's no issues. I for one will using an extra strip of ABS underneath the brackets to help distribute the load.

I had the same thought of using an extra ABS strip. I have been following your build, so I will follow your lead on that as well.

  3. Hello, I'm Donny from the So Cal Garrison.  Currently in Irvine, formerly in San Diego.  I'm a pretty experienced builder as I've built two (now obsolete) FX TKs, Clonetrooper, RFT, Jango, Zam, and numerous other non-Star Wars costumes.  The TKs I built were a decade ago and I see so much has changed since then.  I got my Anovos TK in and will be going for Centurion ANH Stunt.  I am going to take my sweet time in putting it together and trying to get myself up to speed with all the new knowledge that is out there.
