Also, you can win a lot of costume contests at Halloween. Until your co-workers boycott you coming back in it again the following year because it just isn't fair.
In my experience the girl wearing the slutty red riding hood costume usually wins those.

Probably because the blue painters tape doesn't leave residue and isn't so sticky that you risk pulling up the clear plastic when you take it off. It also makes for a better way to mark lines as it is more visible against the white.

It's definitely a cheap upgrade that I may do myself. I'm just trying to prevent confusion over what's absolutely needed right now.

That's cool info, but based on the CRL I don't think the neck trim should need to be replaced on the ANOVOS for Centurion.
The CRL says:
Neck trim shall be of an s-type profile rather than a u-type profile.
The ANOVOS trim is most certainly an S-Type profile rather than a U-Type. The stuff you ordered is probably more accurate, but that doesn't mean its required for Centurion. Until there is some official announcement about the ANOVOS S-Trim being insufficient for Centurion, I'd hesitate to buy new trim.

I'm down for a set of accurate rivetsIf you want the exact rivets used, the are brass bifurcated rivets with 6mm legs and matching brass M4 washers. I have lots available if anyone wants them?

Well myself as well as others are are planning on using them so let's hope there's no issues. I for one will using an extra strip of ABS underneath the brackets to help distribute the load.
I had the same thought of using an extra ABS strip. I have been following your build, so I will follow your lead on that as well.

I'm curious to know if the original bracket strapping system will work with the Anovos kit. I've read that the original bracket system can cause worse cracking for certain armors as opposed to others.

Hello, I'm Donny from the So Cal Garrison. Currently in Irvine, formerly in San Diego. I'm a pretty experienced builder as I've built two (now obsolete) FX TKs, Clonetrooper, RFT, Jango, Zam, and numerous other non-Star Wars costumes. The TKs I built were a decade ago and I see so much has changed since then. I got my Anovos TK in and will be going for Centurion ANH Stunt. I am going to take my sweet time in putting it together and trying to get myself up to speed with all the new knowledge that is out there.
