Hi guys... ehm... mostly I assume ;-)

 

obviously I'm a Star Wars fan. Especially loving the old school stormtroopers from the old movies. So now that my savings account finally gets to the point where I can affort a decent armor, I've decided to stop lurking, and start posting. Will probably go with one of the UK based self-build kits (TM or RS), although I'm also waiting on the final verdict regarding the new German (TM-affiliated?) armorer.

Just to get into the spirit of building, and get a feel of working with ABS (newbie!), I orderded myself a First Order Helmet resin cast from the Bay (I know, I know) for a couple of bucks. Hope to post some pictures next month to either confirm how shoddy it is, or tell you guys about the incredible deal I made. Fingers crossed.

After that... well, I hope to be part of the 501st and join the dark side. Especially looking forward to trooping for a good cause!
