Wish For Jonathon 21/06/17
Today I took part in a very worthwhile and fun troop for the charity 'When you wish upon a star'. Young Jonathon had been brought to see the fire station and have a tour with his parents and siblings. When the Firemen were all lined up for their inspection the Imperial march was played and we (TK23303, TK10274 & SL21804) appeared to help with the inspection and meet the wee man. He was then presented with his wish of a family holiday to legoland by one of the patrons of the charity Mrs Nicola Wood.

I recreated these using the kind of lids you are taking about. Just trying to get a supplier in the UK for them.
I know this might sound odd, but they look like pump bottle tops to me. Like the type you get with Foaming hand soap. Or maybe dropper caps. You can buy them in bulk for cheap and there about the correct size.

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:
In this section we'll discuss observations made by Sly and myself that are suggestions to improve the overall final look of your armor. These suggestions will not affect your application. As Sly mentioned in your EIB application trimming the cover strip on the upper section of your right forearm is highly suggested. A little snip here and there and you should be good.
And finally you might want to tighten these calf straps a bit, your under suit is showing

Hi Chris. I managed to replace the screens on my mic tips. First off I made a hole in the existing screens with a pair of tweezers. Once the hole was big enough I switched up to needle nose pliers. Using these I twisted and pulled the screen away from the edge. They came away with ease, you do hear a little cracking which is unnerving but this is just the glue.
Next up I remove the mesh from a sieve. Using a pair of shears I cut out a piece larger than I needed and formed it around the end of a metal dome punch (I only used this because it was the same diameter and was to hand but anything else would work). Next I trimmed down the edges and popped them back in.
Hope this is of use to you if you decide to go through with it later.

Thank you very much. Those are the issues I expected to be pulled up on. I think the main issue at the back is to do with the weight of the holster and blaster as it sits OK without the belt. I will try to shorten the elastic here or if that fails double it up to provide more strength. Again thank you for the feedback and acceptance.
