Hi Owen, and welcome!  Like Gazmosis said, you should research the "Getting Started...." section, and definitely buy from one of the vetted vendors listed there, (The various types of armor, and where to buy them..).  Otherwise, you run the chance of not being able to get it  501st approved.  I have purchased several items from Troopermaster, which Mark mentioned, and always been happy with them.  Best of luck on your TK journey!

hi all just wondering as i am 5ft' 4 

 

is there any vendors that scale it down to my size or would i have to make cuts where available?

 

(would be preferable from a UK vendor)

Hi there!

 

I'm Owen, 

 

I have been scouring around this forum for over 2 years now and i got the courage last month to email seeing if i could join, sadly i have to wait a bit before i can wear the FISD tags.

 

I joined here wanting to make friends and find like minded star wars fans (especially troopers), even planned my wedding (whenever that happens)  and decided if possible to have lots of the 501st there  

 

This is my first ever time i have had a interest in cosplay as i am usually BTS with my camera crew as we have attended events such as Play Blackpool (in which i saw a stormtrooper there maybe from FISD who sparked my interest)

 

Hopefully i will be either attempting to build my armour from scratch (highly unlikely as i am unskilled) or buying it from a reputable vendor.

 

Well this is my introduction.
