    Hi!

     

    here we are... me and my brand new ANH stunt armor made (and assembled) by RS. These are some pics I took at the end of my first garrison event (as a cadet) in Italica.

     

    Left side of the belt was not attached (yes, it is falling down a bit).

  14. Anovos TK armor preorder

    There's always the chance to cancel the order and obtain a full refund before the shipment. I guess that in case weshould pre-order the kit now we will be placed at the end of the preorder queue. Once the first kit will be delivered and first "hands on" comments should arrive, we could have the chance to delete everything before the disaster... Even so, i'm still doubtful.

     

    Totally agree about the fact that TFA armor is the first step of a new copyright regime in the prop market.

    I am in the middle of an heavy "pre-order, don't pre-order" phase.

    Since my craftmanship skills sucks (a part in SWTOR, lol) I recently ordered an RS full built set. However, due to the price (if I do not consider the shipping costs to EU, more than 200 bucks) Anovos kit could be a good starting point to learn and have fun on my really first built.

     

    I guess I will use a simple method of "all in or all out" the last day of the pre-order window....

    Si ho visto, grazie mille. E' davvero completo e si trova di tutto.

     

    Per ora mi è arrivato il kit iComm ed una serie di imbottiture per l'elmo (quelle della RS le sostituisco). Ho poi provato a connettere tramite ripetitori bluetooth microfono e icomm, ma il segnale è basso e credo serva un micro-amplificatore nel mezzo. Questa soluzione, tuttavia, non credo sia ottimale, perchè i ripetitori dopo 2min di inutilizzo si spengono (in altre parole se non stai zitto devi riattivarli). Strada non percorribile, la abbandono.

     

    Nel frattempo sto montando un elmo ANH della RS, così faccio pratica con il montaggio/taglio dell'ABS. :smiley-sw013:

    In Italy is different.

     

    Once you have the armor (or at least a kit under construction) you can be enlisted as recruit.

     

    In order to obtain the TK# you must join a serie of events as a recruit (at least one "official" event) and participate to the discussions of the forum (if you "disappear" for any reason for more than 4 months, you must restart the process). Then the local garrison will decide on an autonomous basis if you are eligible for 501th ID (of course also on the basis of the quality of the armor :) )
