Awesome build man! And congrats for achieving Centurion status! I'm about your size and it is inspiring knowing that someone like us can achieve Centurion using a costume that was originally made for people of "taller"stature. I will definitely use your thread for reference (along with a bunch of others in this group) when I'm doing my build and may hit you up at times for some pointers if u don't mind! Again, congrats

[Newbie in Tampa]

Thanks everyone. Any thoughts or recommendations on a TK blaster. I've read about doopydoos, hasbro, and ones you can build out of pvc or something. Figured I'd start research on that while awaiting my armor

[Newbie in Tampa]

Hey everyone. I'm Steve and and new to this whole costuming thing but not new to the Star Wars universe. Been amazed at the 501 parades during SWW as well as seeing the groups throughout the Tampa and Orlando areas. Been looking at doing something like this for a very long time and decided to bite the bullet like most newbies when Anovos came out with their TK armor. I've been diligently reading various posts and the more I read the more excited I get! I'm sure this experience will open up a whole new world of cosplay and am excited on meeting up with people from my local garrison as well as others.
