  1. Posted on the other one lol:

Sounds like it's time to establish your very own outpost! Some have only one member, so you'd be on a recon and recruitment mission once you're admitted. RS props is about the nicest base you could ask for if I'm not mistaken. Be sure to sign up on mepd.net with the sandies, but we all start shiny. Have fun and good luck

But I see you'll have some friends after all! Even better!

Yeah i'm trying to make it removed ahaha :D

I joined the Swiss Garisson facebook page, so this is on! Yes the RS is amazing, but it seems like their Sandies kit isn't available anymore, got to investigate!

Thank you, i registered to the MEPD, but i will go back and forth because i see a lot of interesting posts in both forums :)

    Cheers

    Hello and welcome aboard

    Hello and Welcome!

Welcome aboard. It's always nicer when they shine ;)

    No problem, you're welcome! :D

When I started with my journey in the galaxy far, far away, I also wanted to become a sandy, but when I received the white shiny armor...

I simply did not have the heart to make it dirty ;)

I love it the clean way :D

    Thank you guys, i appreciate!

Ahaha i know the feeling, but as i make custom figures, i love making them dirty and weathered, so i won't be able to resist weathering this shiny armor ahaha.

I will keep you updated once things move guys!

  2. Lol double post eh

    Hi Michael,

Have you been to the MEPD website - it's dedicated solely to sandtroopers (TD)?  www.mepd.net

Hey, yes sorry, something wrong happened and it got double posted...

Yes i am also registered to the MEPD, but both can be useful :)

How can i delete this post..? Thank you!

  3. I think that would be a wise decision to check out the MEPD.  But if you change your mind, we can always use more TKs!

I just did and registered, but i will still be present here, i have seen a lot of interesting posts, so both forums are a plus! Ahah sadly, my love belongs to the Sandies ahah :D

  4. Willkomen auf der FISD, Michael!  I am sure you will be more than happy going with RS prop masters, and we look forward to your build thread!  Vielgluck ihre TK-Reise!!

Hey, thank's a lot! I have to manage my finances ahah, but i'm glad to hear that's a good decision! When i start something i will definitely keep you updated, but i was wondering if i should have posted to the MEPD instead of the FISD...

    Cheers :)

  5. Hi guys!

As stated i'm from Switzerland, and i don't think there are any garrisons there, but i'm sure i can manage something! I am 24 years old and am bike messenger at the moment, but plan to work as audio engineer!

I know that everyone says the same, but i've been a Star Wars for years now and started collecting figures, statues and making customs 4 or 5 years ago. I really want to attend the SW Celebration 2016 in London fully costumed, so I am planning to make a Sandtrooper costume, don't know yet if i want to be one from a particular scene or just a general one. I have already been digging quiet a lot in the forum and found some useful informations about companies that make great kits and i think i'm going for the RS Prop Masters kit as a base!

    Cheers
