Love the lid, there is something going on with the teeth or maybe the eFx is throwing it off, but I am happy to see the final product. Looks great to me.
I had to go check the original to see, but it looks like the Anovos is close to the mark.

Original Trilogy Stormtrooper: Kits and completed helmets completed and going through customs at port. Initial deliveries of kits to begin January 2016, followed by completed helmets, helmet kits, and then completed ensembles. Note that sized soft-goods will ship separately after kits. Current estimated delivery: Q1 2016-

It looks like Anovos has listened to the community and is planning to go back to ABS instead of PVC!
From a SDCC attendee : "I just recieved this comment from Anovos. "Correct! We have listened to fan feedback and presently plan to revert to the original ABS for the armor. More details will be revealed at the ANOVOS panel on Saturday. :)"
I'm not sure whether going back to ABS is a good thing. I liked the idea of a plastic that's resistant to yellowing.
