I've purchased an ABS kit and the accurate assembly bundle.

Hello guys !
I've ordered my armor almost 4 weeks ago and I haven't received anything.
Is everything all right or should I send them an e-mail ? -
Well, here we go ! I've just placed my order.

Great, thank you for the pictures Dan !
I think I'll choose ABS since it's more screen accurate.
Thanks again !

Hello everyone !
I'm about to order my armor kit from RS Prop Masters but I first need to know which plastic to choose.
So, what are the pros and cons of both plastics ? -
Good job and congratulations on your first troop !

Good job, it looks great !

Measure twice and cut once, got it ! I'm going to think about it some more but like you've said, HWTs are just an extension of stunt so I'm probably going to start
with just a stunt and as time goes by I will gather the pieces needed for a HWT.
Thanks !

Wow, very nice ! For my first armor I hesitate between HWT and ANH stunt.
Do you think I should go all out or start simple ?
Anyway, good luck !

Good job troopers !

Thank you all for your stories and advices !
I put velcro on the clip tabs so that they basically get sandwiched in between the canvas belt ends. Gotta remove the belt to get the TD off.
Great idea !
I've felt way more hands go for my butt than my TD.
Oh my !

So, I don't have my armor yet but I have this weird fear that someone might try to steal my thermal detonator while trooping.
Did it ever happened to you ?
How would you prevent it ?
Do you leave it at home if you're going to troop in a crowded area ?
(I apologise if this isn't in the right section of the forum)

Bien joué !
(Well done !)

Thanks, I'm gonna go on a TK diet ! I really want a RS, it looks so nice.

Wow, amazing ! Good job !

Thanks for the warm welcome guys !
Greetings Ness, and welcome to the FISD!!!
Based on having a 42" waist, I'd expect that you may need to put shims in the sides of most of the armor kits available, that I am aware of.Oh, shucks. Even with TM or RS prop ?

Thanks gazmosis !
So, across my belly button I'm 106cm (42 inches) and I weigh 93kg (205 pounds).

Hello everyone !
I'm Ness, I have been a Star Wars fan since as long as I can remember.
Like everyone here I dream of having a Stormtrooper armor (ANH stunt) and I hope you guys can help me fulfill that dream. ^^
Problem is, I'm 1.88m tall and RT-MOD armors are scarce. I am on the waitlist, but i would like to have my costume
complete before the Episode VII premiere.
So, my first newbie question will be: What armor other than RT-MOD could fit me ?

Ha yes, thank you ! I guess I'll just have to be patient.
