I think the shadow trooper helmet exclusive to Amazon would be perfect for building the helmet, seeing as the "face" is a separate piece.

It looks like the DLT-19 also has the Element M300A LED Mini Scout Light (EX 191) attached to it. They've got to be doing something with all these flashlights in the movie.
