I'm having issues with the ears and big gaps, but I noticed the screw at the bottom of the ear won't be able to go through both the back and the faceplate. There's not enough overlap... Any thoughts?

The gap on that one side wont even push together! Not sure what do to....

I have everything trimmed except for the ears, but when I fit it together some parts don't sync up. As it is now, one side fits flush with the magnets, but there's a gap on the other. I'm guessing the ears will cover it though.

I think I figured out how to upload pictures properly now...

 

This is a close up, but its not very clear. The plasti dip didn't hold so I'm going to try to dab the area with more primer and spray in a little more

Before I started cutting, I wanted to paint the inside black. I applied a couple coats of primer suited for plastic then two costs of plasti dip. I thought it turned out pretty good until I noticed some imperfections above the frown.

I had a question for everybody. Most of the armor vendors are either currently not selling at the moment, or their waiting list is several months long... I did find one that was a good price and fast delivery.... I was hoping to get some input on Walt's full size armor. I know he's not on the vetted list so I wanted to hear what other people thought before I made a decision. Please help

Hello all, 

 

I'm Jason, a new Cadet for the 501st and I'm going to start my own TK build!  I've been wanting to join up and build for years, but after talking to some current members at a convention I finally got the push I needed to get started.  After doing a lot of research and taking consideration of price, my body type and a few other things... I decided to go with ANH Stunt and I think I'm going with one of MTK's kits.  Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from him yet, but I've heard good things about the quality of his kits.  I'm excited to get the process started and I'm amazed at the support us newbies get from fellow members.  Hopefully I hear from many of you myself and I look forward to sharing my journey into my first ever build!
