Can anyone tell me if 'AM' armor would be 501st approvable?  I haven't been able to find out much about it other than the thread in the Commissary.  I am just curious to know some more details.  Thanks!

Congratulations on you new child, and welcome back to the FISD! After a lot of research and I've put a deposit on my AP kit this morning. I'm 5'5" and the AP kit can easily fit a person that is 6'2". In my short time in here, the community has been very helpful and there is a wealth of info on these forums. I've found typing the following into google: site:www.whitearmor.net AP (in this example I used AP as part of my search term), I get a good return of topics/threads pertaining to the search term. So just wanted to mention that if you didn't know - as that helped me tremulously Best wishes on your armor search!

Well...  I am back.  I just had another kid and I have the urge to finally get things going.  First off I am 5'10 about 215 pounds.  The two sets I am looking at right now are AP, and RT-mod.  I know RT is made a little bigger but would it be right for my size.  I am also dieting and working my way down under 200.  I hope to have things going by the end of summer.  Things are starting to get serious.

Thanks!  Random question....  How much would you say you a completed kit would run my by the time I put everything together?  I emailed a few of the companies that produce the armor so I can get a price on that, but that is it so far.  Thanks!

My name is Justin and I am a huge star wars fan.  The last few months I have been toying with the idea of building a set of armor.  After some research I am here and I am excited to get one together!  I have one kid with one on the way, so my hobbies and free time are none existent.  That is one of the reasons I am looking to get into building a kit..  I am starting to do some research and more importantly trying to save some money.  I now I am a long ways off from having enough money but I plan to be here researching what I need to do.  Thanks!
