Kyle, where are you in Florida? 

 

Good eye - that is indeed Afghanistan in my picture.  Qalat, specifically - I was looking at the remnants of one of Alexander the Great's palaces when the picture was taken.  Skimming the 501st Garrison listings, there is no Garrison in Afghanistan - which is really what I expected to find.

 

Have you contacted your local Garrison yet?

 

I'm down at Eglin. Tho will be in the sandbox for about a year staring next week

Thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I'm new to the forum, and have been lurking for a while. You guys have helped me learn so much and not make a bad decision and jump the gun on a purchase. Also my wife found out how big of a Starwars nut I was when she saw me on the forum. Yall helped me come out of my shell, wifes not to happy about it tho. She'll get over it. So thanks for reading.
