I have always used Novus to clean and remove scratches.
For the inside I have been using those antibacterial kitchen / bathroom wipes.
Always fresh and clean😎

Looks fantastic. There won't be a lot of events to wear a DT but those where you do will be extra special. it gets an amazing response from the public.

I'm a 10 1/2 normally but not in these.
I have the 10 now and room enough for an insole for comfort.

I might have to bring the Beach Trooper again and maybe something new ?

I will be there with armor.

I ordered one at the first of the year and it took a little while to get here.
But not too long.
I would just wait it out and send another email.
Great neck seal by the way. I always wear it trooping.

Planning on stopping by on Saturday to help with your armor build.

'bout time
Great to see you here. ( the only place to be )
Now get that armor going. We need another TK here in Michigan.

Understood, and Yes
Just thinking the FX style gauge kit has been very durable, not crack too easily and thick enough to sand/polish out deep scratches.
-
For trooping wear and tear the thicker (80) for me would be better

More TK's from Michigan. Yay!!
Maybe some of the cards I hand out are working.
Welcome

I epoxy glued a bolt to the center of the under side of the panel.
On the tube I drilled a hole in the center to match the bolt.
Slid the bolt through the tube.
Put a washer and nylon lock nut on the inside and tightened away.
I had to use a very small socket wrench, and small turns. This way I can take it apart if needed.
The exact thing happened this past Hockey season. At an event we were trooping between periods on the Ice playing "broom ball" I went down on the detonator. Lots of pieces to re-assemble. With the nut and bolt idea I was able to put Humpty back together again just like new . Even with a new paint job.
I'm sure there are many ways to assemble but this worked for me a couple of times so far.

Paul did a great job considering the chaos all around.
