Hi DizzieLA,
I was looking at different kits and ended up buying the NE Armor (just arrived yesterday). I choose it because the communication of the seller was stellar. When the kit arrived it was darn impressive. I know about the helmet issue, but was assured that the problem has been resolved. The seller also informed me that if I was not satisfied with the armor when it arrived or after I build it, he would give me a full refund - that is how confident of his product.
Another thing I like about this kit - it comes pre-trimmed. The kit is detailed, not flimsy, and shiny. I hope to meet with someone from my local garrison and get their point of view of the armor.
Regardless of my comment, as previously mentioned go with FISD armor suggestion. NE armor was formally Armor Master (AM) which is on the list of approved armor. This is my intro/build thread: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/24561-hello-from-az-aspiring-to-be-part-of-501st/
BTW, welcome!

Hello Pattrooper from Canada!
Hello Simpixel, I will try to upload on photobucket and use IMG link, from UK!
Thanks Redforce for the link to your build! from NJ, USA!
hmm where are troopers from my area? HELLO AZ?

Thanks for responding and be the first to respond! Will try to compress pictures as suggested.

It began with someone selling a Stormtrooper armor on Craigslist. The seller had a link to Youtube's "tokyostormtrooper" and suggested I check out FISD for more detail.
Thank you troopers and FISD! The suit he was selling was a Ruby's Supreme for $700.
After doing some reading, more reading, and still reading I wanted to get a RS Propmasters suit, but the dollar to pound conversion sucks. There was TE, AP, TM, AM (now NE) and ATA, but NE armor won! ATA was first considered, but six months on the waiting list?
Great communication, great price, and made in U.S.A., NE Armor ordered.
I read that the helmet side pieces had issues, but was assured that the situation has been resolved. I was told that the helmet side pieces have been re-sculpted, they're slightly longer (more to come).
to be continued ....
Can someone tell me how to attach pics larger than 512k?

PM and I'll send you "NE Basic Bucket Assembly Guide" that I got with my NE order.

TK Boots responded to my inquiry with, "I have more being made however and they should be here in six weeks:)"

Damn shady eBay seller!

That would have been awesome if the helmet was real and it had amplified hearing aid and a stormtrooper voice box.

Anyone know about a new release of eFx helmets in August? http://www.ebay.com/itm/eFx-Star-Wars-A-New-Hope-Stormtrooper-Helmet-PRE-SALE-/221247068282?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item33835a587a
scam or real?
Look at the interior of the helmet, what is it?

THANKS a bunch for posting the comparison. I was tempted to buy a Supreme Trooper and now can visually understand why not to buy it. I am short 5'5" and wondered if Troopers could advise which armour would be best - so far it's between TM and RS, or another that would fit the vertically challenged?

Hello LadyinWhite and Chookaboom!
Yes, I did reach out to Dune Garrison and TK1636 responded
So, the kit arrived yesterday! The nice brown box didn't look intimidating. Opening the box I was impressed that it was so nicely packaged. Then WHAMM!!! pieces after pieces after pieces seemed like never ending engulfed my entire pool table! Overwhelmed and intimidated, but enjoying the looks of the shiny armor.
Today, I hunted down build supply. Got my stuff from Home Depot, Joann's and Goodwill. Yup! Goodwill ... I picked up tons of new white elastic in various sizes for $1.99.
I hope to post pictures on photobucket soon.
