    I know there's no existing TK medic.(Novatrooper nonwithstanding.)

    I'm just wondering if there's a backpack so I can conceptually carry on when not at formal events. I plan to make the armor completely FISD standard, and, you know, have a backpack to carry on the concept just when I feel like it at non-formal events.

     

    And yeah. HWT is also very imperfect for that.

    Hey, I'm working right now on clone armor, Kix of the 501st, combat medic and all that.

     

    How that's relevant is, as a medic, he has a pack he carries that's stuffed with medical gear to help his fallen clones. I'm wanting to do a Stormie when I'm done, with him conceptually being Kix after the transition to Vader's Fist.

     

    The biggest thing is I'd still like a pack; is there a canonical in-universe pack that Stormtroopers wear? The MEPD gear just does not seem right. Some sort of gear-bag?

     

    Otherwise I can just re-use the Clone Era Pack. It's not like it'd look wildly out of place.

    Thanks for the replies, guys!

     

    So "ROTJ style armor" - grand! Do you know which kits lend more towards Ep VI styling? The quality and size allowances are what the Where And What To Buy thread discuss, not necessarily the stunt/hero or Ep 4/5/6-ness of any given armor.  I see you've got your TKC about 90% done, so tips on that would be pretty rad.

     

    I'll keep in mind the box shapes and all that, though!

    Hey, guys! Very snazzy forums you have here, what with the "what armors and where" FAQs and such. I like it.

     

    I'm in absolutely no hurry to finish a costume (I've been steadily losing weight and not wanting to trim and shim just to have to do it backwards), but I'm trying to get the ball rolling and started on getting my TK on.

     

    Having trooped plenty and seen the TKs suffer from seats and stairs and bruise-pinches, I was not very excited to get on board with you folks - until I started looking at options. As an ex-service member, I was wondering what kind of 'ranked' Stormtrooper outfits there might be, and fell immediately in love with the paintjob on the Stormtrooper Commander and decided to pursue that, with intent to Centurion build it out the gate if I can pull it off.

     

    Advice on the appropriate Centurionable armor kit for a broad-shouldered guy (hopefully the gut doesn't stay!) would be fine, but, you know, mostly I'm just saying Hello at the moment.

     

    So, uh... how you doin'?
