Not a good idea using a 1 piece undersuit you need to consider restroom breaks get top and bottom compression gear any hard wear store will sell gloves get the ones with a diamond pattern ( usually 5 dollars or less ) Trooperbay is only one for now selling rubber hand plates and other trooper supplies.
This is where you can get sound system for inside your helmet instead of aker and wires it's much cleaner and he has a link for a hearing system to hear outside your helmet
Here is a good link for fans

Also with E6000 if you mess up your glueing you can put your parts in the freezer in 2 hours the glue becomes hard and brittle and your parts will pop easily apart so on a side note never leave your stuff in a car in 30- degree weather (or whatever celsius scale you crazy Canadians use) overnight or your suit will fall apart

With parts glued with E6000 put your part in the freezer in 2 hours the glue will be hard and brittle and the pieces will pop apart easily better than heating

This is not a nitpick if you want the correct screws on your Thermal Detonator they are 6mm slotted pan head screws any hard wear store should have them enjoy your build
-
Another way to reinforce your belt you can use buckram it's a plastic infused fabric to stiffen flimsy cloth just a thought

Re-sculpting the teeth won't be hard glue some abs pieces inside the helmet then use spot filler in a tube at the teeth you want filled let dry repaint done
-
I received my BBB today i'm going to use the existing belt since i'm going Hero my helmet looked fine other than the gap between the face and cap on the right side at the top of the ear i bought hero ears and bubble lenses so i plan on modding the helmet

Jason is a nice guy you're in great hands

Later on you can invest in these so you can keep everything inside your helmet it's what i'm using when my ANOVOS kit gets to me

Maybe I missed something upstream
Tony you're always swimming upstream you're just crazy like that
-
I used spray bed liner i'll use it eventually when i get a FO helmet and the reason also blacking out the inside helps keep light from diffusing through the plastic which does help see slightly better
-
Instead of vacuum metalizing there are also places that can chrome plastic less expensive but still pricy
-
There is someone always out there that can identify parts on costumes/props i know i've helped identify stuff from working assembly jobs and where to find it

I'm not making the suspension system to sell you should HINT HINT
