[General question: LED on suits?]

So I just plowed through a year+ of posts to see if I could find anyone mentioning LED on their trooper outfits (or any electronic doo-dads) and I didn't see a mention. I'm going to assume that there could be some options of adding in, say, blinking / strobe lighting but it doesn't seem like many pursue this.

 

Or is it one of those things frowned upon?

Ha, me too! Right now I could be the stormtrooper that Luke / Han stripped for their armor

 

I'm hoping to be able to put together a shadow trooper or clone trooper to utilize the buckets I have right now.

Anyhoo, as with many folks I grew up with Star Wars in the 70's (perfect age of 7 when the original came out) and I never stopped loving the SW universe. In the last few years I got back into it, mainly starting with the Kubricks I was importing in the early 2000's from Japan, then branching out. Rebel Scum also helped kick the habit into overdrive, thank you! First few items I nabbed from people on the boards were some buckets...which then had me wanting to (finally) start putting together a complete trooper outfit. One friendly fellow on RS pointed me this way and I'm glad he did! Within minutes I got the answers I was looking for PLUS got the head's up on sites to avoid. That was a major bonus!
