    I would love to have this setup in my Tie Pilot helmet. I can hardly hear anything inside my helmet unless the person talking to me is standing within a foot or less of me.

     

    I need to get my bucket out and see what kind of room I have. I have a padded motorcycle headliner in my bucket that has removable pieces for the cheek/ear area.

     

    But, there is a lot of empty space in the mohawk area of my bucket. Was planning on mounting a wireless mic transmitter there, but I think there may still be room for this setup.

    I may need to rearrange where my 2 fans are mounted, but they are just mounted with velcro, so if I need to reposition them, it's not a big deal.

     

    I will be watching the thread for the next update.

    Hey Jenny!

     

    I have some luck finally in my search. I contacted both vendors for AM armor. Hitman told me that AM and RT Mod armor are suited more for larger troopers.

    Received word from both AM vendors with no luck in getting just the parts I need. So, I contacted Supertrooper about a pair of ATA forearms and a thermal det kit.

    He stated that he could accommodate my parts needs, and at a pretty reasonable price in my opinion. My forearms are not that big, so I think ATA will work nicely.

     

    Now, I just need the funds to place the order with him, which I should be able to do soon, as the orders for our officer rank bars keep rolling in. Thanks for the info, and thanks to everyone for the warm welcome here.

    Imperial greetings to everyone!

     

    I'm John, TI/IC-4673 from Plainfield, Indiana(Bloodfin Garrison), and I've been a Star Wars fan since 1977(age of 4). I probably had every Star Wars toy imaginable back then, but unfortunately, I only have a few of the originals left, and mostly out of the package figures.

     

    I hope that I do not get shunned, or dismissed from the forums due to my reason for being here. I am not interested in building a TK. Biggest reason is that although I believe I am at a good height to be one, I'm a big guy at 325lbs. So you could say I'm a little fat to be a Stormtrooper. LOL The reason I signed up here is because I am in search of a pair of TK forearms and a thermal detonator for my TS Commander build.

     

    I would appreciate any help, advice, etc.. that any of you can provide. I have already contact several of the trusted armor makers here, with no luck so far. Waiting to hear back from one of them.

     

    Who knows, maybe someday, when I lose the extra weight(have to at some point as I want to build an animated ARC Trooper), maybe I'll consider becoming a TK,or TD but for right now, my garrison has enough of both. LOL
