[DO NOT put rustoleum enamel in plastic cups!]

I sprayed a bunch on a piece of plastic i cut off from trimming. It pooled and before it dried i dipped my brish in and it worked like a charm

Hey all, after wearing my armor and trooping ive noticed i have some marks and scratches from my armor rubbing up against itself and the blaster/boots/etc. Does anyone else have this problem? And how do you fix it/paint over them? Thanks!

Hey all, Does the ranking on the ear matter at all in regards to costume requirements? I know for hero you need 3 bumps on the plastic and stunt you need 4, but as for painted black lines on the bumps, is there a requirement?

Hey all, as i was working on my TE2 armor i noticed that the plastic for my helmet is considerably thinner than the HIPS that my armor is. Is this normal? Or is something wrong here...?

Hey all, i bought snaps from my local hardware store but they seem to be too long. When i put my strapping through the male end and backing through the female end, the snap backings hit eachother and dont come together. Any help? Or where can i get snaps that actually work? The pics i took are too large to attachm sorry i cant provide illustrations...

So as i am new to the whole TK Armor arena, i have read many things about ANH, ESB and ROTJ helmets, however I can not notice any differences between them all besides the frown color. What are the differences between the helmets? Hopefully the knowledgeable TK's here can help me.
