    Hi and thanx everyone.

     

    I went through pages and pages of threads and posts yesterday and found pretty much everything I needed after rsearching for almost 8hrs straight, although I was surprised, considering how amazingly well organised you guys are, that all the info a new recruit needs is scattered through many discussion pages, threads and posts.. as apose to having one step-by-step 'how to' guide that starts at researching armour chocies, goes through ordering and building, and finishes with tips and mods... all in one place/thread/PDF download - obviously there is more then one way of putting together certain tpyes of armour and this might be where the problems lies, but I just thought that for many people who are passionate about joining the 501st and just dont have the time to read pages and pages of separate threads that it may be a helpful idea...?

     

    Agreed, if you wana have a decent costume/suit/armour you need to put in time and effort. But a couple of how-to mannuals would be more effective maybe?

     

    Anyways, i appriciate your time and help and will get back to research.. i think i have my armour choice, supplier and price/dates etc pretty much decided - now its onto all i need to know about actually building the armour and tips and useful info etc.

    Howdy trooper fans, I'm Philsy from Melbourne and currently researching a ROTJ TK ABS suit to order and build.

     

    I am finding researching the armour and suppliers is not so hard but am having trouble locating helpful info on how to actually build it. Like what tools would I need and other useful info for a first timer...
