  1. Modeling clay! That just may work! I have some of the bake kind that lasts forever if you dont drop it too hard. Thanks so much guys!

This may be the best way to go. After you use the clay, you'll probably want to make sure it adheres to the plastic, so you could use some epoxy . . . or better yet, epoxy putty. Then, you could just paint it black.

  2. My armor is AM but the helmet Im looking for parts for is a FX. The helmet on order is a different model.

You bought an FX or an AM? If so, did it included the helmet kit, or did you got it separately? As far as I know, my AM kit brought a vocoder, but if yours didn't you should probably contact the person who sold it to you..--------

  3. Yes,I paid a deposit on it in December to have it pulled. Paid the remaining balance a month ago. Ive had my armor done for months but cant get in the 501st til I get the helmet. It gets a little annoying.

did you pay up front??? if not order from another maker. 5 months seems a bit much for a just a helmet

  4. Hi,

Can anyone help me locate a FX vocoder? I recently got a partial FX helmet while I wait on a helmet I have had on order since December. I have several troops coming up and would like to get this helmet useable while I wait on my other to come in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  5. Hi,

I have had a helmet on order since December that doesnt look like its gonna make it in time for several events that I have coming up. I managed to get an FX helmet to use for now but it's missing the ear caps. He says its also missing the black piece between the mic tips (not sure of the name of this piece). I thought it was part of the cast(?)Can anyone point me to who might have these parts that could ship them quickly? Thanks so much for any help anyone can give me :)

  6. Hello,

Ive searched the forum for a TD mod but didnt see what I was looking for and wondered if I maybe missed it. I'd like to mod my TD to where I can store stuff in it like a hotel room key, cell phone, etc. I have an AM armor kit and the caps stay on pretty well without glueing but I'd prefer something a little more reliable. Does anyone have pics of a mod like this or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    Thanks Brian

I appreciate the new input and pics, i hope my armour looks as good as yours when its done

I re fitted the parts again, and took another photo.

the most obvious thing is the mismatch of the crotch section

    Is that normal ?

Im having the same issue. If I line it up this way the butt plate hangs below the crotch and off my butt. If I line the bottom up then the kidney plate is higher than the ab plate. Which is correct? I also have AM armor. Thanks for any help!

  8. Greetings to you all! I am Shane from West Monroe,LA. I will be placing my order for my first set of armor mostly likely today. I am looking forward to becoming a 501st member and making more friends in the Star Wars universe. I already run a klingon fan club and I have an old school cylon suit as well. Ready to be a buckethead as well!
