[48" TFA Action Figure conversion]

I was told that there is a tutorial to hollow out the giant TFA Stormtrooper action figure for wearable kid armor. If anyone has the link, could you shoot it to me? Thanks.

[An alternative helmet cooling system?]

I'd go with two fans. Echo's fan kit is awesome. It can form fit into the TK bucket or bolt in. Mine simply lays in there perfectly in my ATA.

[Areorator Screen?]

This might be an off reply, but here it goes. When I was building my Republic Commando, I ended up finding them at a smoke shop. I'm not one to "partake" but I went to Home Depot first and asked for screens for a faucet. The Rep gave me a dirty look and said they were now built into faucets to keep people from taking them out for their pipes. Given his response I decided to look where those "pipes" are sold. And low and behold they're sold in packs of 5. I hope this helps.

Does amyone know where to pick up some aerorator screen. I tried the aluminum silver screen, but it is too flimsy. Thanks.
