what should i do if i dont feel like the E6000 im using isnt enough? how can i reinforce it?

My Thighs cant fit into the molds. i have 2 extra pieces of ABS and im thinking about just cutting off some of it, and gluing it to the back to extend it..is there a better way to do this before i start??

I just got working mic tips for my bucket, comes with a headset, and the sound card that needs a 9 volt battery, and the mic tips themselves. I'm wondering where do you guys put your sound card at in your bucket?

i got this suit, and it come in pieces.i only got detailed instructions for helmet assembly...dose anyone out there have something i could reference to while doing the rest of the suit?

so, im thinking about getting the two piece and just sewing on the Velcro to make the armor stick better, any other suggestions you guys have

i didnt know exactly know which for forum to put this under, but what would be good for an under suit? what do you all suggest? and where can i find anything? I've noticed some stuff up on ebay, but i dont know what would be the best buy.

ok, we (myself and my father) have started on the helmet...but we are having trouble with the helmet, it seems like it is held together by only two screws on opposite sides of the helmet...is this enough to hold it together? dose it need reinforced? (this is a FX set) also, my kit came with a book of directions, saying that the armor has dimples where it should be screwed in, i see nothing, so im trying to tape it together to try and see where the screws would go best...if anybody has advice before i start drilling, please! let me know

what kind of snaps should i get? how do i attach these? i guess with the glue? and where can i get them in bulk?

ok, and whats perfered inside the helmet? the guide says a constrution helmet would work, and the guy i bought this from says he personally uses foam. whats a good standard?

so far, i have all armor pieces, Velcro, mic tips, mesh screening, and the decals. i do have a small book that gives me step by step instructions on how to go on with this armor, im just curious on what kind of glue that i need, what velcro brands are suggested, stuff like that....ANY kind of tips would be appreciated!

ok, im looking at holsters, which seem fairly cheap, or easy to make. now, E11 carbines....what should i do there? should i try to make one? or buy one?

either today or tomorrow, i should be getting a neck tube, boots....not sure what kind of E-11 i should get, or if i should just make one somehow...as for helmet I'm going to do the ROTJ helmet i think...if anyone spots a sale for it let me know!

I bought a rubies supreme suit, actually a grad present for completing high school. I'd like to modify it for 501st standards, dose anyone have any idea of what i would need? and dose anyone have any cool ideas for the suit in general? (decorative ideas). any help would be greatly appreciated!

my name is Kaleb, and this year is my senior year in high school (turned 18 last September), and as a grad present, i got...a rubies stormtrooper suit, I'm excited for the suit, and i would like to modify it so it can go with 501st standards, if anybody has any tips, cool ideas for upgrades talk to me! I'm very excited to begin work
My legs won't fit into my armor!

Im about 6 foot myself, and the thighs while they are too tight to fit on, are also too long, and will restrict leg movement, how can i fix that
