The AM is a very nice kit. We have had guys waiting in Australia for 7 plus weeks for them to arrive. I hear there not to far away from being distributed. I have gone for the full kit but eventually will get a AP bucket to match.

I actually just got my notification saying that the AM kit shipped out. any week now I will get it... lol

Im also young Im only 18 and just on the verge of graduating. I have been a devoted star wars fan my entire life.(I attended the midnight showings of each of the three movies in costume) but if you are devoted and if you are wise with your money, and if you DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID and buy a rubies as my first armor, you will be ready when the time comes for you to troop. [RT-Mod helmet to go with AM armor?]

I think it would be a great choice. Both AM and RT Mod are made of high-gloss ABS of similar thickness. I currently wear an RT Mod helmet with my FX kit, and the two match perfectly. No reason to think that the same wouldn't be true with AM.

 

I also have an AM lite kit on order - when I get it I'll do a comparison of the AM with both my trooping helmets (TM for ESB, RT Mod for ANH) and get some pics up.

 

Im still waiting on my AM lite kit too! boxing error? lol I cant wait for mine to arrive!

I have recently purchased an AM armor kit without the helmet (for obvious reasons) so now I am thinking of going with an RT-Mod helmet. for the experienced troopers out there, would this be a sound choice?

I should be putting in an order on an AM kit soon, what is holding me back do you ask? I have no idea what the helmet is like, or if its any better than the old fx helmet. Do you guys know anything about that?

Hey all...I'm sort of new. I've been active on the Ohio garrisons forums for a bit and I just ordered my TK armor yesterday. I live in cincinnati Ohio and I'm 24 years old, I'll be 25 acctually one month from today . A random tid bit about my name: My name is Kevin Swoboda and one of my old nicknames was Boda and that rymes with yoda! Hence...Bodatheyoda lol..corny I know but hey, atleast it has a purpose

I made the terrible mistake of buying the rubies supreme edition suit before I was directed to this website. Just for anyone else who I might be able to save DONT DO IT!!! Now I am ın a pickle and tryıng to sell thıs pıece of bantha crap on ebay. Whıch kit is the one I want to get now?
