I added the black outline to both ear caps.

 

 

 

The trapezoids however have to stay where they are because on the FX bucket there is no room between the eyes and ear covers for them to fit without having some of it behind the ear covers.

I have to say the FX as a Sky looks really good.

I TOO, PLAN TO DO THE FX VERSION OF THE SKY TROOPER ..

 

at a future juncture , after my icn is finished ,, the extra parts ive been sourcing are for another white fx tk... id like to do weird all and a couple oyher events in all white tk ,,

before converting it over to sky ,, wich is my intent ,,,,,,,,

 

can i get a paint code for the grey !!!

small question todd ? is tthe front half of your dc-15L INVERTED PURPOSELY for sky trooper ?

wondering ? im having one made and well if so i need to make sure i can make the assembly switchable if i need to ??

Thanks so much for the complements! I would be glad to help you out when you're ready. As for the dc-15L, mine comes apart in 3 pieces and the front had come off while I was taking pictures. My wife "fixed" it for me and I didn't recognize it with my helmet on at first. Lol.

Thanks for the advice, I am going to choose to not comment on this costume and the CRL. The only thing I will say is that you are looking at an FX helmet on mine and a non-fx in the pictures. If you want to go back after the approval and start pointing out what is wrong between it and what the CRL says, I would start with the first one that was approved.
