This CAT-CAT is also my original design, but anyone is welcome to use the photo as a reference if you want to build one for your cats. I used a couple of 2 X10's, and some 1 by 8 poplar for the steps. the top platform is 1/2inch plywood. I covered everything with a cheap welcome mat so the cat's wouldn't slip when climbing up the steps. The pole is a cheap tension rod for a shower. I just cut it to the length I needed and then when you tighten the tension, it holds the CAT-CAT in place. You can't see the top of the pole. I had to cut a six inch diameter circle for the end of the rod to hit, so it wouldn't damage the ceiling when tightened. Enjoy, and thanks for looking.
