Nothing mentioned about the stitching until L2 Boots Boots are above ankle height and made of white leather or leather-like material. Small U-shaped elastic sections on both sides of the ankle. Flat sole with a short heel. No buckles or laces. Jodhpur/ Chelsea-type boots or an equivalent style is acceptable. Elvis or Mariachi boots are not allowed. CableGuy[Admin] Posted June 23, 2022 Report Share Posted June 23, 2022 Hi trooper,If you have an option to return or exchange them, you can certainly find better, more suitable boots as the originals did not have the stitching on the front. However, as Glen said, they will probably be okay at basic (check with your GML). My concern would be the size of the opening. I've been trooping in IB boots for 7 years and no issues.
