Not happy with the way the four on the right are sitting and the paint needs re-doing as well. Snaps are glued in place and ready. gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted July 28, 2022 Report Share Posted July 28, 2022 The elastic should be further down on the shoulder bells You can remove more of the return edge from the middle raised section (and elsewhere if you want), will help sit down on your biceps better. Normally when trimming any front facing armor the front/raised ridges are measured to fit a standard cover strip (@15mm) so from the raised area you would trim @8mm from the edge, notice you have large gaps between your cover strips and the raised areas, any sizing you would do from the back/rear side. Compare with mine Note the raised ridges and coverstrips on build I did Appears you have trimmed too much off your large ab plate, should have the base/plate around it. I like this idea a lot Forgot to mention the only down side to using a filler (especially different color) is the fact that you need to paint at the end, even ABS paste can need a touch up as once dry and sanded it can look a different shade of white. For any touch up's I like to use water based acrylics, it's very easy to mix and add a touch of brown, black or yellow to white (depending on the color of plastic) to achieve a close to color match with your armor color. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
