Nice work trooper, a few suggestions before the DO's get here.

You may want to give your side rivets another coat of paint

Belt cut corners should meet the with of the belt, your corners are inside the belt width (but this is for L3)

Just double check your TD width, there does not appear to be big enough gap between your caps and control panel

Thigh ammo strips rivets are too close to the corners, also needs another coat of paint

Good luck with approval trooper

Hi Michael, and thank you for your application for ANH Stunt Expert Infantry!

CRL and EIB Application Requirements

All required photos are now in and, after review, we are pleased to welcome you to EI!  On behalf of the entire DO staff, congratulations!!  :salute:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly

In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor.  Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions.

Always a pleasure to see a nice set of RS Props armor, and yours in no exception, sir!  Only a few suggestions in this area, and all are super easy to take care of so let's get started!

As noted in your thread above, the ab and kidney rivets could definitely us another coat or two of white paint to eliminate that grayish look.

                                                                                Reference images

It probably just got caught up a bit, but when getting suited up watch that the drop boxes stay positioned below your ABS belt.

This is an issue we se a LOT, (commonly referred to as "Trooper butt").  Not the biggest of deals but we suggest that you tighten up the posterior plate/kidney strapping to bring them closer into alignment.

Centurion Requirements

In this section we prepare you for Centurion. More photos may be requested in the future that allow us to make better decisions on possible adjustments. If there are any areas of concern they will be discussed here.

Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items to pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all that we can from what is seen, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper.

In this area the first two items are just strapping issues, but the second two will require some work and a decision or two...

The overall fit of your armor is actually quite good, but we need you to shorten the straps that hold your shoulder bells to the shoulder bridge.  The top of the bell should be as close as possible to the bridge as seen below in the reference images for a much better screen accurate look.

                                                                                                                                                  Reference images

ILT3Ovv.jpg      4VQ1JK0.jpg?1  ogXZ9kX.jpg?1  7m6NYKm.jpg?1

As mentioned in the CRL for Level 3, the back plate should have "...no, or minimal overlap of the kidney plate".  Although very close, we would rather see a small gap as opposed to any sort of overlap.  Loosening up the elastic just a tad would do the trick.  It's these small items that make the difference between a nice looking set of armor and a spectacular one!

                                                                                                                            Reference images

lIagigx.jpg           BHQcT2a.jpg?1  cDXKHZK.png?1

As mentioned in the CRL,  "Ideally there is no gap between the abdomen and kidney armor".  I honestly don't think you need shims, and tightening either your belt or the straps should put you in good shape.

                                                                                                                                                                    Reference images

bECQWS4.jpg  N4MbhJ4.jpg          219Kvo2.jpg?1  K5z0ajR.jpg  Ns21O2c.jpg?1  kgBUpEp.jpg?1

This may be a tough one...  As per the CRL for Level 3, "The corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that meets the outer edges of the cloth belt".  It looks as if the 45 degree angles were trimmed a bit too much, especially on the tops.  This is causing them not to meet the requirement.

You may be able to trim the ends, but then you risk them being too close to the adjacent buttons.  I personally would get a new belt, but that is your call.

                                                                                                                                                                                             Reference images

2elUoaU.jpg 9v3F6B4.jpg      EK7r84J.jpg?1              rHs7YZD.jpg?1   5kcMdZo.jpg

Last up is the placement of the rivets on your thigh ammo pack.  This is an all-too-common issue with RS commission builds... I have tried to address it with them to no avail. They make some of the finest armor there is, but this particular aspect of their builds continues to be something we have to address time and time again.

There are certain instances where we can give a little leeway, but since these particular rivets actually appear to be so far in the corner that they extend over the edge of the ammo pack we are asking that they be moved.  In looking at the reference images, note that the ones used onscreen look a lot smaller in diameter as well.

One alternative would be to remove the old rivets and place the new ones to where the edge actually covers the holes.  If you need new single cap rivets just PM me and I will get a set to you (no charge).

                                                                                                                                                                               Reference images

sHwK5H6.jpg  HO2C9JV.jpg?2     VqDvMa8.jpg        OHqjxbc.jpg?1    dctLmjU.jpg?2

And that's it, brother.  You have some work and a few decisions ahead of you, but we feel with 100% certainty that you can address these items, bring this awesome set of armor to the next level and be a part of the "Original 500" Centurions!  If you need help, we are here for ya'!
