Hello all!

I just received my armour from 850 Armour Works, and have never felt more ecstatic and clueless at the same time. I spent the first hour (after jumping around in excitement) just sorting out the the parts and trying to figure out what goes where...

If you are familiar with trimming guides for each part or in general, please send a link in your comment.

Progress updates will follow, so stay tuned in!

Below is a list of parts received (including some I simpl y could not identify) (links to Google Drive first, actual images right after

A few questions:

Am I missing any hard parts, greebles?

Have I sorted out the parts correctly?

Did I sort the correct greebles to appropriate parts?

The last image of parts are for the forearms

I believe. The picatinny rails are done in resin for sharpness and are glued on top of the same design on the ABS pulled section of the forearms, the smaller clip greebles are also for the forearms and attach to the sides. There should be a recess or outline for their location.

Hello all,
This took too long. After Covid, mental health issues and other life issures, I've finally found the energy and time to continue working on my armor!

I've done much work on the shins, biceps and forarms.

Did I get them right?

Here are my shins

Here are my Biceps:

Here are my Forearms:

Any advice will be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Moran!

Looking good so far, shame the picatinny rail is very soft, not very detailed, I would perhaps chat with your GML (garrison membership liaison) to if these will pass approval.

Unfortunately soft pulls is a consistent thing I’ve seen from 850 armor works kits, it’s not anything I’ve seen exactly preventing many from getting basic approval, but yeah definitely chat with your GML on that matter. It’s possible you may also be able to find a 3d print file for them or something like that and then cut out the soft pull area and attach a new picatinny rail if need be.
