If I were you, I would check out some north american vendors first - there are some very good kits here and you will avoid shipping charges. That said, if you are looking overseas, there are a number of very good vendors there - RS, TM, and RWA (which I know less about, but people seem happy with them). That's the detachment for Clone Troopers, whereas the FISD is more geared towards Stormtroopers, so they will be better able to help you.
