Armor Kit Base (ANH vs RoTJ)

Hello all,

Previous experience with builds are the MudTrooper from Solo (Jim Tripon kit), so a Stormtrooper is a bit of a different avenue for me.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked numerous times, but looking at the CRL and listed components I'm trying to discern if the Incinerator Trooper at its base uses an ANH or RoTJ kit?  Or are they inter-changeable for approval?  Also, is it feasible to paint the red markings on an ABS kit or do most builders have an auto-body paint shop professionally paint it?

Also, having said that I'm 6'1" and 160lbs, so yes I'm tall and slender.  Would a Walt kit be too short for me?  I see that a post here recommends "AM, RT, or TM armor" for tall people, so I'm curious what works for the slender type with minimal frustration.

Just some background with my trooper kit experience:  I used a Jim Tripon kit for my MudTrooper and had to trim the body a bit because I'm so slender, and even so its almost like wearing a bell if I don't have all the accessories attached.  Jim's kit a fiberglass/resin mix and can crack if dropped too hard, which I'd like to avoid with an Incinerator build.  I used snaps hammered into small squares of ABS and then CA glued those squares inside the armor to rig most of the hard parts.

Thanks again!
