They say it keeps the same quality while offering better comfort and less cost. Im not sure if its worth the cheaper rout if it means less quality on the armor over all. The main thing im talking about is the Red Label on the Helmet for the snow scout trooper on their website. Thanks for the help. I am also extremely new and want get into the 501st in California, im considering getting a full commission helmet to start with so i have a template so i know how to start a kit in the future. But TM has a sale on 25% of their kits and its way cheaper to do it myself but i have no experience i may just contact the garrison in my area to get help making my armor. It’s up to you ultimately but I know I would rather pay the extra £150 and not have a sore neck. As for kits can’t go wrong with either TM or RS. But the study I was able to do with it helped me to feel confident to build 3 clones and a scout myself. And now I’m working on an FOTK.
