gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted May 5, 2019 Report Share Posted May 5, 2019 EVENT: Starlight at Zing May 4th Saturday LOCATION: Zing Carousel DATE: 4/5/2019 TIME: 12AM-4PM LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: indoors TROOPERS: TK85421 - Q - gmrhodes13 SL51164 - Stuart - DV64 TD59226 - Jerry - jezzapm TI47140 - Jason - tantaris IG21897 - Johnathon - ImperialKanos TI10996 - Josephine - Mitchuru WRANGLERS: Liz Marie Kate REPORT: Once arrived and kitted up we moved to the front of the store and started to shake tins for starlight foundation and have photos with people. Throughout the day there were many people who had photos with us and donated, with a lot of happy, surprised and sometimes nervous kids and their parents, plus a few people that passed by and were not as discreet at taking photos as they thought. Over the course of the day some of the troops took breaks and wrangled as well as doing some May 4th shopping. There were a few successful mannequin plays by Darth Vader and a stormtrooper as well as some dancing from a TIE pilot. At the end of the day we kitted down with a few troopers moving on to evening troops and others finishing up and departing.
