Good work mark, But we both know your not stopping here at EIB, so the things I am pointing out are more an issue for L3. Need to take the return edge off the wrist side of your forearms, I would pull your arms up more, your biceps seem to be sitting really low. and then the seams of your sides will need to be taken care of. but I don't really see anything that will keep you from EIB. I would also like to add, if you get the chance in the future, get AM armor, man it would fit you so well in the mid section, along with everywhere else, you wont need shims or anything of the sort. then you take that Anovos armor and put it on a mannequin or turn it into a TD. Looks good bud, good luck!

Is anything else needed from me for this application?
I dont think so. But Joseph and the staff are really awesome dealing with these. If there is something missing you will know asap. But from what I know, you should be good to go. It's a busy month for the staff, so it may take some time

Hang tight trooper I'm sure one of the DO's will be with you in due course, these things do take a little time ;)

Hey Mark, good work on your build. For EIB I can't see anything holding you up, you may want to edit your original post and add an image of your gloves. I can't tell if they are rubber (chemical) gloves, assuming so though it is hard to tell so DOs may ask for one.

I'd adjust your strapping to get your shoulder/chest gap tighter, and bring up your forearms like, a cm at most to even the gaps out.

If you plan on going for Centurion, which I hope you are, you will need to do a bit of work. A few things I spotted:

- I can't tell if you have the correct helmet ear screws, all 3 per ear need to be the correct V-shaped slotted screws.

- Your left drop box looks a tad off (should line up with end of belt), probably just a strapping issue. Some people add a dab of glue to keep them in place on the belt (see Tony's build thread).

- You'll need to use some ABS paste on your kidney shims so that they are flush/seamless.

- If you can adjust your strapping to tighten up the gaps in the back between your back/kidney/butt plates, it is highly suggested.

- Your vocoder lines could use some cleaning up (see any other Anovos Centurion submission thread for reference, this is a common ask, because Anovos can't paint helmets properly).

Good luck on your submission, the DO's will probably have a lot more to say on Centurion suggestions, until then just please be patient- with Elections etc. it is a busy time, I'm sure they will be with you soon.

My ear screws and td screws are correct. Thanks to @justjoseph63 for supplying these to those that need them. I added pictures of my gloves. I am aiming for Centurion, and have begun work on removing the return edge at my wrists, like Jordan recommended. I also bought acetone to begin work on making my seams flush. Although I have to buy more sandpaper.

Working on your submission right now, brother, but can you post up 2 quick photos for me?  I need clear close-ups showing the paint on the teeth area top and bottom.  Many thanks!!!

Hi Mark, and thank you for your EI submission!

CRL and EIB Application Requirements:

All required submission photos have been posted, and I am very pleased to announce your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for ANH Stunt Expert Infantry. On behalf of the entire D.O. Staff, congratulations!     :salute:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor.

Super nice job on this Anovos kit, sir, especially for a taller Trooper!  Let's get started, shall we?

Starting at the top, ideally the ear screws should be more in alignment with the rear angle of the trap above them.  In a perfect situation, the center of the top should sit directly below the end of the brow trim and bottom should angle back a bit more at the bottom.  If you can do this without exposing any seams we would recommend it.

Some black paint and a "filbert" style artist's brush taken to your vocoder would give it more definition on the tops of the 5 center ridges.

                                                                                             Reference image

 WrBOcG1.jpg?1      9ZBQOLM.jpg?1

Fantastic work on painting those ab-buttons, Mark!  The only small things noticed are that the corners should be squared off instead of rounded, and the small plate could be a little less wide, but neither are deal breakers by any means.

                                                                                                              Reference image

mKK9bJd.jpg?1  QMCxstI.jpg?2

Your kidney/ab rivet placement is absolute textbook, but we noticed that while wearing them that the tops of the plates are not lining up, causing the rivets to be uneven.  It also appears that your kidney is overlapping your ab plate.  Some simple strapping adjustments would take care of this.

                                                                                                                          Reference image

(A little fuzzy, but you can see where the rivets/top line up)

L99lDPv.jpg?1    vPjir67.jpg?1      RuBzonW.jpg

A simple dressing issue here:  The gap between the cod and thigh can be either way you you have it (left or right, whichever is more comfortable) but the gap should be pretty much equal on both sides.

                                                                                          Reference image

smF6xaS.jpg    AEc4ias.jpg

What would help achieve this is to adjust the strapping that holds your right thigh on.  At present, it is twisted and could be moved counter-clockwise a bit.  This would help line up the cover strips on the front and back as well, giving you a much better symmetrical appearance.

Centurion Suggestions:
In this section we prepare you for Centurion.  More photos may be requested in the future that allow us to make better decisions on possible adjustment etc. If there are any areas of concern they will be discussed here.

Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper.

I know you have the correct bottom ear screws  (and it may just be the angle of the photos) but it appears that they look a lot like the pan-head style that come with the Anovos bucket rather than the V head type..  When you get ready for your Centurion submission, please supply a close-up showing at least one of them backed out a few turns to make it more apparent.

                                                                                                Reference image

(Note lack of flat edge on screw head)

X2CPqBu.jpg    f3X8EKs.jpg

The gaps between the shoulder bell and shoulder bridge and the shoulder bells/chest should ideally be as minimal as possible.  In looking at the return edges on your shoulder bells I noticed that you still have some of the return edge on the bottoms.  We realize that you are a taller Trooper, so removing these completely (5 minutes with a Dremel) will allow them to sit a lot closer, and is completely screen accurate.

        Suggested fix                                   Reference image

2nidz0W.jpg?1   aztfHb8.jpg?1

You confirmed via PM that this photo was of your wrist openings, and we have discussed the fact that the return edge in the "hump" section will need to be removed for level 3.  The remainder of the edges are spot-on!!

                                                                                                                                    Reference image

dwd5A9F.jpg?1   xVg4wSy.jpg

As you may be aware, Centurion status requires that only a single seam be visible.  There are some great tutorials here of covering shim seams with ABS paste, and after seeing your build skills here I have every faith that this is something you can tackle!  If you need any assistance, just ask... we are here to help.

                                                                                                         Reference images

4xuqQkV.jpg?1  4PVOmJu.jpg?1   4fiFIU5.jpg?1

Another easy fix here.  As seen in the photos, the outer edge of the drop boxes need to align with the outside edge of the ABS belt.  It looks as if you can just move the strap over and apply some E-6000 behind the rear of the strap to keep it in the correct position.

oKjol0f.jpg      KnVIWrh.jpg

  Reference image

qisXL53.jpg

The photo of your gloves shows that the flexible hand plates are not attached, and it looks as if they are held on via elastic bands.  For level 3, as per the CRL they must be affixed to rubber gloves with no visible strapping or stitching.

Another easy fix with some E-6000.

Again, a really nice job on this armor, Mark.  Most of the issues are pretty basic, and I hope to see your Centurion submission as soon as you are ready.   Now get out there and make the CCG proud as their newest EI awardee!  :salute:
