Got wire and created new brackets for the chest piece edge that are 1/2 inch longer so the chest sits lower. Added outer edge elastic straps to hold the butt plate flush with the lower back. Tapered the forearms around the wrist by 2cm. Any more and I'd have a hard time getting my hands through. Trimmed the front thigh cover strip to be 20mm instead of 30mm. Used the 2nd belt cover, trimmed the corners less than the first and added the raised rivet covers vs the sunk covers on the old one. AB button plates, square the edges and touch up the button paint. Adjust left forearm to bicep strap a cm or two longer to line up better with right. sylverbard[TK]
Anh are lefties :-) looks good. The right side bugs me. Does it actually sit flush ab to kidney?

justjoseph63[Staff]
Hi Aaron, and thanks for your Centurion submission! Please note that before we can get started that your hand guards will have to be changed out to the flexible (latex or latex like) type, as required by the CRL for level 3. Also, please post up a photo of the area shown below (without the belt). Thanks!

gmrhodes13[Staff]
Nice work, just to really make you look the part you may want to change your shoulder elastic to a stronger one or try doubling over, you can see your elastic being pulled sideways, almost touching the shoulder bells. I would also suggesting trying to bring your mic tips down, they look to be pointing upwards. This can be achieved by adding some rubber tube, if you cut one side straight and the other on an angle (like a wedge), you can then add to the base of the mic tip and rotate to get them to point a little better. Good luck with approval
CableGuy[Admin]
Hi Aaron, Thank you for the additional photos of the wrist ends. You’re quite right that this was to see the removed return edge at the wrist opening. What you have is perfectly acceptable. At this time, we will have to request a couple of changes to move ahead with your Centurion application. First up, your drop boxes look like they might be free-floating. As such, their alignment varies between photos. For L3, Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box. It also appears that they are hanging a little low in your main front photo. These should be touching (or have minimal gap to) the underside of your plastic ammo belt. The drop box alignment is a requirement of the L3 CRL so we will need to see these adjusted. Ref To keep these nicely aligned, you could stitch of glue the straps in place to stop the drop boxes from moving out of place. Ref; Another issue that we’ve noticed is the spacing of your side rivets on your ab and kidney. As Centurion is all about the finer details, we feel that we have to raise this as a required change for L3. As per the below reference photo, your top rivets are too far down the armour, leading to the middle rivets also being out of position. To remedy this, we would suggest filling the existing holes with ABS paste and drilling new holes, spaced like the reference photo. Once completed, just post updated pictures (without belt) and we’ll move along from there. You've made a really nice job overall. Just these minor changes and we’re good to go. Thanks in advance. justjoseph63[Staff]
Hey Aaron. below is a guide that will help show the placement. If you are willing to move them for Centurion, I will send you a new set, no charge, just PM me. Note that on the diagram the measurements are from the center of the rivet. ocmano[TK]
Alright, for the rivets, just need to move the top two right? Bottom one looks like it's correct.Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk

Put a little triangle of padding behind the top of the back and it points slightly down instead of up now.Going to double over the shoulder elastic next, it pulls out with only one layer.Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
ocmano[TK]
Got straps doubled over now and drying.Marked the locations for new side strap holes based on the measurements. Looks like all three need to shift up.Going to test some abs paste that I'd use to fill the holes on a coverstrip first before I start the side strap move. Want to be able to fill the old holes and make it blended before cutting new ones.Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
ocmano[TK]
Updated photo of the mic tips pointing down now. Still pending redo on the side straps, but since thats a lot of chemicals, going to wait till summer when I can do it with lots of ventaliation.Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
