REPORT: 
Once we had all arrived we kitted up in our change area and waited to start. When the time came our glorious and wise XO led us out to the floor, where he tried to pat a pony but the pony did not like the look of glorious XO. As such we moved on to having photos with other volunteers and we familiarised ourselves with this years layout. Shortly afterwards the doors opened and we started to do what we do best. We had photos, high fives, handshakes and the occasional hug, with our troopers and rebel friends bringing smiles to children and parents alike. When our XO took a break the rest followed and we learnt that the sight of Vader had caused a child to need a change of shorts.

The rest of the day was made up of more photos,handshakes, high fives and hugs. By this time some of the children had had sugar and as such were very active, however we did not seem to have too much trouble there. The day soon came to a close with a few more photos and the occasional bit of dancing from the troops. It felt great to help brighten the day for the children and their parents.
