Hey LJ, thanks for your EIB submission. You'll need to post your photos here in this thread before we can get started. Let us know if you need help.

Also, are you applying for AHA Stunt?

You can adjust the size of photos in a lot of programs and apps, depends on what you are using, once reduce you can then upload and add to the post ;)

Imgur is the way to go, the forum has super small attachment limits:

You can even resize your images within Imgur. :)

Hey LJ, thank you for your EIB application. Let's take a look.
CRL and EIB Application Requirements:
Looks like all the required submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the components required for Expert Infantry. The DO crew would like to congratulate and welcome you to the rank of Expert Infantry :salute:. Great job on your build trooper.

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:
In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections.
We have a few areas to go over here so let's get to it. Before getting started we'd like to say the accuracy of your armor is ultimately up to you. At the higher levels of approval we strive for excellence.

1. Taking a look at your helmet first, the ear placement should be angled back as seen in the provided reference photo. Yours though not bad by any stretch should be more at an angle and less vertical. If you can make this adjustment without damaging to your helmet we suggest you do so.

Reference photo

2. Next up the frown. Firstly, with the "Stunt" frown should extent to the gum line. Your frown is similar to the "Hero" version. Also, the frown should fully extend to the side of the face as seen in the provided reference photos. We're highly recommending you make any corrections as needed.

3. On to the tube stripes. A lot off applicants don't realize that there's a left and right tube stripe. Though not critical it's better to be informed. Take a look yours in comparison to the screen used helmet in the reference photo. When you get a moment we're recommending you revisit this area.

4. To the front of the helmet, Hovi tips should be white on the inside. Please paint the interior of the tips white as seen in the reference photo.

5. Exiting the helmet next up the shoulder bells. There should be minimal gap between the shoulder Bells and Chest & Back plates. We're requesting you tighten the upper connecting straps and possibly remove any remaining lower bell return edge.

As we move down your armor the next few sections we'll be discussing amount of return edge and the placement of the armor. What we recommend or highly suggest are merely to help you look your best.

6. Back plate return edge. As we've illustrated there should be very little return edge in this this area. Refer to the reference photos for guidance.

7. Scrolling over to the arms, the cover strips should be facing forward. It's suggested you tighten or add additional connecting straps to maintain the alignment.

8. The posterior, aka butt plate should remain beneath the kidney plate. It is suggested you tighten the strapping between the two sections. In the second photo we've illustrated the how the posterior should be trimmed. The angle cuts are missing and are needed for the armor to look accurate.

Moving to the waist ammo belt, these's a few areas that need to be addressed. The ammo belt width, 45 degree corner cut, rivet covers, drop boxes and holster connections.

9. The overall width of the ammo belt is excessive. The upper and lower edge should stop just past the vertical boxes. We're suggesting you trim this back on the top and bottom as seen in the following reference photo.

10. The left and right ends with the 45 degree angle cut should stop at the outer edge of the cloth belt.

11. The rivet covers should be virtually flat. You have return edge that needs to be trimmed off.

12. The drop boxes are too thick and not secured. Though we'll never ask you to pull out a tape measure the overall thickness should be roughly 10-12mm. Also, as previously mentioned the back needs to be adequately secured to the front. Besides being accurate it also prevents anything falling off during troops.

13. Regarding the holster belt connection the vertical straps should be on the back side of the holster, not the front. Please reposition these.

14. Belt placement. In one photo the belt is sitting well below the Ab buttons, in another it's at or just below the buttons as it should be. If it's correct than disregard the correction, which would be to adjust the the mounting hardware.

waist%20belt%20level.jpg

Reference photo

15. Back up to the Ab buttons, it appears there's too much return edge on both plates. The edges of both plates should be smaller than the raised section of the Ab they're glued to. Take a look at the reference photo. We're requesting you trim them back.

16. Moving down further to the legs. Though it doesn't have to be perfect the side sniper knee return edge should follow the same contour of the shin armor. Also, you can thin out the return a bit to help prevent scraping against your knee cap. We're suggesting you trim as illustrated.

Thigh%20and%20shin%20clearance.jpg

17. The thigh ammo pack should have minimal return edge extending above or below the vertical boxes, similar to the waist ammo belt. You may have to reposition the mounting rivet. If you can trim this without compromising the mounting section or the overall quality of the ammo pack then do so.

18. And lastly, though not a deal breaker your left shin is riding a bit high. We're suggesting you use some type of retaining system to help keep it/them pulled down over the boots.

Centurion Suggestions:
In this section we prepare you for Centurion. If there were any areas of concern they would be discussed here. We have a few areas that will need to be resolved before applying for Centurion if you choose to do so. At this time we do not see anything that will hold you back from a Centurion application.

That's about it, a little bit of work to do but it shouldn't be too time consuming. Congratulations again on your EI badge. Great job and hope to see you at Centurion. If you have any questions feel free to ask us for help. :salute:
