Tk 18720
Has anybody used the back of a storm trooper armor back panel to insert A cooling fan and piping around on my neck if so are there any photos of how it’s done or is this the first time someone’s thought of it
gmrhodes13[Staff]
I think you may have posted this in the wrong area Not that I have seen, someone may have over the years but I find it doubtful you could get enough airflow to circulate well enough. Apart from fans in the helmet the only other cooling I have seen is freezer bags slipped in a vest or pockets in undersuits. Something like these which are able to conform to the body Or there are actual ice vests BUT I've attended a couple of 39 Deg C troops (102F) and never needed one, as long as you take enough water breaks you will survive
Novak Dimon[TK]
The only cooling I ever needed is one in the helmet for fresh air support. If your armor is not too close-fitting every light breeze will go through your armor and effectively cool you down.
