juliet95
So I have a TD build almost finished and waiting for approval. Only issue is, I'm a tall trooper and there is a gap between my back plate and my kidney armor of about 4 inches or so. Is this an issue? If so, how do I fix it? Thanks ahead of time for your input! bleedn21[TK]
I'm having problems with this too. Were you able to find a solution?
giskard8[Staff]
Some pictures would help. There is always a fix if that is an issue.
CDR Thire[501st]
Without seeing pics a pretty straightforward fix could be to shim one of/or both pieces. Given your height and the size of the gap adding to both may maintain the sense of proportion better than just extending one the full amount. Because its a Sandy repaint and weather shouldn't be as obvious as if you were a clean TK trying to then match the look of the rest of your rig. My .02 :)
