gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted October 28, 2017 Report Share Posted October 28, 2017 EVENT: Telethon Kids Carnival 2017 Day 2 Sunday LOCATION: PCEC DATE: October 22nd TIME: 10am to 5pm LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: indoors TROOPERS: Q - TK85421 Volksjager - TI86557 Fett79 - BH79815 DV64 - SL51164 DARTH TROOPER - TD84000 Flocky - TI98311 RoyalRebel - DZ11880 jezzapm - TK59226 Tahlzy - TD84001 ImperialKanos - IG21897 Bradnewland - TD71976 Wolvator M Dracutus - ID17001 WRANGLERS: Liz - TB13310, Marie, Em REPORT: After a well deserved sleep and rest it was day 2 and time to get back to entertaining younglings, luckily we had some fresh troopers in attendance ready to man the lines as it was a much bussier day than the one before. We decided to go for a walk upstairs to see if we could get in to the Telethon show audience, we had just arrived at the doors and were just in time to for the taping of a live cr. We were allowed to go into the audience areas so we split into two groups, we watch the show for a little while as well as having photos with someof the audience. On the way back we stopped into the phone room but unfortunately couldn't get past security, they can't be Star Wars fans. A few of us got our heads in another live cross with some of the PAC members, of course they hogged the limelight but we did get to see a few of our helmets on the screen. The rest of the day was spent back at the kids carnival, it was a much busier day than Saturday with so many younglings running around and screaming. Troops started heading off throughout the afternoon leaving just a few of us oldies to man the front, we managed to see it through until 5pm, time to de-kit and call it a weekend. We recieved a thank you from the organiser during the week, she is going to be taking a break from the organising of the event, we just hope her replacement is just as accomadating as her. CHARITY: No collection INJURIES: Nil ARMOR REPAIRS: None that I'm aware off HAPPY PEOPLE: Liz, Tahlee and Plunk who got to feed the goats and sheep before the doors opened UNHAPPY PEOPLE: With this many younglings in attendance there was always going to be some tears MISSION STATUS: complete REPORT BY: TK85421 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
