There is no possible way this kit would ever be approved. Actually 99.9% of any armor you will find online (like ebay) will be only good for cons or costume parties. It's kind of a "you get what you pay for" thing, and for not that much more money you can get a kit from one of the "vetted" armorers on the link that Dan posted above.
