humperdingle
What's the deal with cleaning the silk gloves, used for Centurion ESB? I think I want to use something a bit more 'pleasant' than the usual rubber gloves (stinking, even with glove liners).

When it comes to cleaning the silk gloves, do you just hand wash them and keep the stitched hand plates on, or do you un pick the stitches, remove the plates and wash the gloves properly? justjoseph63[Staff]
My hand guards are glued to my Nomex gloves, and I just use a mild dish soap and do them by hand before rinsing thoroughly. I use dish soap as it tends to get rid of the natural oils that sweat contains.
tkrestonva[TK]
Seems like it would be less trouble just to hand-wash them.
