gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted May 6, 2017 Report Share Posted May 6, 2017 (edited) DSS TROOP REPORT EVENT: May 4th @ Princess Margret Hospital LOCATION: Princess Margret Hospital DATE: 4th May 2017 TIME: 10:00 - 12:00 LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: Indoors TROOPERS: DZ13310 - Liz, TK85421 - Q, Sl51164 - Stuart, TI59226 - Jerry, IG21897 - Johnathon Wrangler: Marie REPORT: We started off the troop by waiting and greeting children in the PMH Megazone which had been adjusted for May 4th with star wars colouring in, jigsaw puzzles, recipes, lego minifigs, and lego star wars playing on a TV. When children arrived they were greeted at the door by a stormtrooper and TIE pilot and were offered a gift from a trolly containing various star wars toys and merchandise courtesy of lucasfilm. Meanwhile the Gunner and Jawa were keeping an eye on those in the room with the jawa at one point trying out a cycling arcade game. After this we were taken to several wards to visit other kids and teenagers and their families. It was really something to be able to brighten up everyones day from the children to parents and staff with photos taken, gifts given and smiles a plenty. After some toing and throwing we made it back to our change area and de kitted. Thank you to Princess Margaret Hospital and Lucasfilm for making this happen. CHARITY: N/A INJURIES: None that I'm aware of ARMOR REPAIRS: A clip on Vaders cape required repairs.
