Nice work soldier!!! Your armor looks really nice!! :th_AnimatedBravoSmiley:

My advice: Raise your thighs a little.

Good luck for your Expert application!!! :smiley-sw013:

You've made a great armor mount.
One thing, you try to shorten a little the strip that joins the thighs to go up. They look a little down.

Congratulations.

Has hecho un gran montaje de armadura.

Una cosa, procura acortar un poco la tira que une los muslos para que suban. Se te ven algo caídos.

Enhorabuena.

Great job on the armor. I think it's been said, but you may want to raise the thighs a bit. They look low.

Also it looks like you forgot to paint the black ranking stripe on the ear of the bucket.

Good luck!

Hello if lol the thighs I have low, well they are not already arranged and I have them in place.

What do you mean? Are they stationary? Aren't they on straps. Just shorten the straps between the thighs and the armor/belt system.

Hi Francisco, and our apologies for the delay.

Can you please post up a clear close up photo of the back of your shin armour. it is hard to see the cover strip detail and will help us make any recommendations.

Also, the left and right side arms raised photos should be taken close up so they expose the side details like the rivets if installed and the upper AB snap. Could you please post up new photos of these as well.

We are getting there brother, thank you for your patience.

Hi Francisco welcome to your EI review and thank you for your application. Lets get started.

CRL and EIB Application Requirements:

All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Sly and myself would like tot welcome you trooper! :salute:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections.

I have requested in your application thread some clearer and preferably larger images of the back of your shins. This is so we can clearly see the details required to give you better feedback for you if you decide to apply for level 3. and doesn't have an effect on this applications approval.

Centurion Suggestions:

Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. This is also where we try and get you in the best possible position for a successful Centurion application.

Although this will not have a baring on your approvals, your Thigh armour is sitting a bit low and should be raised to even out the gaps at the top and at the knee.

There are a few things you will need to modify or change to meet the Centurion CRL requirements, but fear not, these are all very simple for you to achieve.

Lets start at the top:

You have two options to bring your helmet up to spec, either replace the traps and tears decals with the Dave M hand painted style, or hand paint them yourself. Either way, the supplied decals will need replacing.

Also the addition of a single rank bar on each ear for accuracy and uniformity will be a nice finishing touch.

For level three certification (if applicable):

  • Tears/traps shall be hand painted or use decals that emulate hand painted (with correct ANH TK details).
  •

For level three certification (if applicable):

  • Ear bars shall have only one bump painted in black (rank stripes).

Overall you have done a great job with this kit, and its only the little things in the CRL for level 3 that need attention, like the positioning of the drop boxes.

For level three certification (if applicable):

  • Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box.
  •

Thank you Francisco, for such a nice SDS build, congratulation Trooper.

My advice for you, if you do decide to apply for Centurion, and we think you should, is to make sure your photos are clear, and larger as we did have some difficulties seeing everything we need to, for offering the best feedback. Also make sure you use the Level 3 photo check list and carefully follow the CRL.a We hope to see you in Centurion soon. :jc_doublethumbup:
