johnnyshotfirst
Getting ready to bend some aluminum and having some difficulty figuring out the measurement on the bend. Is this distance pointed out in red where you measure from? I've also seen on builds that you measure back from the end of the length 3 inches and that's where the bend is....argh..difficult to explain Grabbed this pic from Mark's (TK 14309) recent build thread. also...this is for a TM 2mm build. 14309
johnnyshotfirst
this topic would be a lot cooler if I could spell measurement correctly
pewpewpew[TK]
Perhaps this might have the details you seek? http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31920-ukswraths-am-10-ata-bucket-build/?p=415450
troopermaster
The part of the clips that hang on the belt should be flat with just the ends slightly bent out to help them slide onto your belt. The flat length should be approximately 3" longer with the bent end no more than 1/4". The clip in the photo posted above is not the best way to bend them since the canvas belt is flat.
