68Brick[TK]
Toothpick or Q-tip with Mineral Spirits or Paint Thinner. The only danger with a Q-tip is you might capture some cotton fuzz in your paint. Good Luck!
A Master Builder
I used Testors Paint thinner in a little glass bottle that you can get from Hobby Lobby. You could use a cotton swab as well.

Locitus[Admin]
Humbrol has their own brand of thinner sold at the same stores that carry the paint. It will do the trick. But it's a lot more work when the paint is cured and hard.

Abs then commercial hobby paint thinner or mineral spirit with a cotton bud, If it's pvc the acetone is fine, BUT ONLY ON PVC! the force? oh I'll use the force, bring me a hammer... gmrhodes13[Staff]
If you are worried about using an acetone or thinner you could just use a compound polish to hand buff off the paint
supernaut11[TK]
Tamiya swabs with thinner are excellent for removing paint. The cotton is spun very tightly on the stem so there's no shedding at all. I use these with my scale models and I love them. ----------- Edited January 6, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed
