Lord Mynock[501st]
Good evening all, I just have a quick question about how to fix my Helmet lenses to my Helmet as they keep coming off using normal glue for a hot glue gun. I'm Batman[501st]
Hey Scott. Steve has a pretty fancy way of doing it in this thread: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/35356-anovos-helmet-rebuild/ Otherwise, E6000 should work, provided you clamp it for long enough. My kit came with a long rectangular piece that fixed to the screws holding the ears on. There's a pic of mine in my build thread http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26449-mtk-build-anh-stunt/page-2 Edited March 22, 2016 by Sith Lord
fuumantroop[TK]
I did something similar to Gazmosis' method. Except i just stacked ABS to make 4 "staging areas", drilled a whole in the glued stacks, tapped them(did this according to what size machine screw i was using), glued an undrilled piece of abs on one side of the drilled and tapped staging areas(to prevent the screw from ever being overtightened and coming through the face of my helmet), then marked where the screws would go on my lens, and used a rubber washer between the lens and the screw head to keep the screw head from scratching up my lens.

zemzero
I believe on ESB helmets the lenses were held in by 'black sticky stuff', literally the name but I can't really find anything other than this: http://www.gmksupply.com/html/gmk_0103.html I've never used it so I can't say if it works properly, just throwing the idea out there.
TKZombie[TK]
I user a 1 piece visor and attach them with Chicago screws. You could adapt this to individual lenses if you wanted. Deatils in my post below.<br><br> <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/36129-helmet-visor-installation/#entry478518'>http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/36129-helmet-visor-installation/#entry478518</a>
